Following in the footsteps of great Product Management bloggers like Jeff Lash and Derek Morrison, I am introducing a new feature on The Productologist: the Product Management Question Corner or more informally known as the PMQC.

The purpose of the PMQC is to introduce some additional viewpoints about Product Management to The Productologist. Not because I don’t like my own views, but because diversity is important and hearing about and discussing contrasting viewpoints makes for a better product and a better Product Manager.

Over the coming weeks, I will be interviewing a variety of Product Managers in both software and service industries to get their opinions, insights, and experiences on a wide range of Product Management topics. Plus, these folks will be Product Management professionals who DO NOT already publish PM content on the web, so you know that their responses will be fresh!

Each interviewee will answer 5 questions and, in a perverse twist that I am sure will be co-opted by the major media outlets soon, get to ask The Productologist any question of their choosing. Maybe it will be related to Product Management, maybe not (any responses to questions about full-contact knitting or . I will include their question and my response when I post their responses.

I have a moderately-sized list of folks who are already lined up to participate, but if you are interested in being one of the lucky few, feel free to send me a note @ pmqc [at] theproductologist [dot] com.
